Project Brief
Since I was asked to turn this project around in one week, I did not have enough time to go through the full design thinking process. I conducted some quick competitive analysis on dashboard layout and hierarchy of information before I got to work on the design and working with the developer.

My stakeholders wanted me to keep the design relatively simple and ensure it aligned with brand standards, but also wanted the layout, fonts, and colors to make it easy to know what's happening at a quick glance.
Since the team had the most data available for the Productivity and Sales Activity sections, they asked me to start with those.
